Some stocks show relative strength before price confirms the move — the lag between RS and price is the setup, not the trade. This workflow chains four pages to find that lag, sanity-check it against quality and sector context, and honestly separate "worth watching" from "ready to enter."

The Four Steps
1. Find RS leading price
1
RS High Before Price is built around one O'Neil-style CANSLIM concept: relative strength making a new high while price itself hasn't confirmed yet. In this walkthrough, Venus Remedies topped the list.
2. Check the CAN SLIM score
2
A high RS reading alone isn't enough — the stock's own page shows a CAN SLIM score alongside its RS Rating (Venus Remedies: RS 99, CAN SLIM 70%), checking whether quality and growth traits back up the momentum reading.
3. Confirm the sector on the RRG
3
The Sector RRG confirms whether the broader sector supports the setup — Nifty Pharma sitting in the Leading quadrant backed the Venus Remedies signal rather than it being an isolated one-stock move.
4. Be honest about Entry Readiness
4
Conviction Ranking's Entry Readiness checklist is the honest closing beat. Venus Remedies scored only 2 of 7 — strong on relative strength, but not yet confirmed on the entry-timing checks. That's the whole point of this page: RS-before-price finds candidates before they're tradeable, not after.
Compare against a "ready now" example: The companion Swing Trading workflow walks the same four-page chain on Laurus Labs, which scored 5 of 7 on Entry Readiness — the two videos together show what "leading but not confirmed" and "ready now" actually look like side by side.
🇺🇸 Now Live for US Markets
The same four-page chain — RS High Before Price, CAN SLIM score, Sector RRG, and Conviction Ranking's Entry Readiness checklist — now runs end to end on US stocks too, using AMD as the example.

The US workflow at a glance: 630 RS-led, price-lagging stocks down to one honest Entry Readiness score for AMD.
1. Find RS leading price (US)
1
RS High Before Price works the same way for US stocks: relative strength making a new high while price itself hasn't confirmed yet. In this walkthrough, six hundred thirty US stocks matched the pattern, and further down the list, AMD (Advanced Micro Devices) stood out.
630 US stocks currently show the RS-led, price-lagging pattern.
2. Check the CAN SLIM score (US)
2
A high RS reading alone isn't enough — AMD's own stock page shows a CAN SLIM score alongside its RS Rating (AMD: RS 97, top decile against the market, CAN SLIM 56%), checking whether quality and growth traits back up the momentum reading.
AMD: RS Rating 97, still 11.2% below its 52-week high — the RS-price divergence itself.AMD's CAN SLIM score (56%) alongside its four matched Conviction presets.
3. Confirm the sector on the RRG (US)
3
The Sector RRG confirms whether the broader sector supports the setup — Technology sitting in the Leading quadrant backs the AMD signal rather than it being an isolated one-stock move.

4. Be honest about Entry Readiness (US)
4
US Conviction Ranking's Entry Readiness checklist is the honest closing beat. AMD scored only 1 of 4 — RS well above 60 confirmed, but proximity to its 52-week high, an earnings surprise, and post-earnings drift are all still unconfirmed. The US checklist has 4 signals rather than India's 7, but the point is the same: RS-before-price finds candidates before they're tradeable, not after.
AMD clears 1 of 4 Entry Readiness signals — the missing confirmations are the whole point, not a weakness.
