📊 MIXED Celsius Holdings Q1 2026 revenue $783M, portfolio share 20.9%
Revenue & Profitability
Record Q1 2026 revenue was $783 million. GAAP net income was $110 million, more than double the $44 million in Q1 2025. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $195 million from $70 million a year ago, with margin expanding 370 basis points to 24.9%. Celsius net sales grew ~6% YoY; Alani Nu pro forma growth was ~60% YoY.
Outlook
Management noted energy drinks remain one of the strongest-performing categories in beverage despite a challenging consumer staples environment. The company expects to build on recent resets through Q2 and the summer selling season. International expansion is a long-term growth opportunity, with launches in Spain and Portugal via Suntory.
Growth Drivers
Key growth levers include Alani Nu's over-100% shelf space gains in convenience and gas channels, Celsius Fizz-Free platform expansion, and innovation such as Electric Vibe LTO. International growth is driven by the Suntory partnership. Rockstar is positioned as a stabilization year in 2026. Portfolio strategy reaches more consumers, occasions, and price points.
Balance Sheet & CapEx
Not discussed in this earnings call.
Margins
Gross margin was 48.3% in Q1, up ~90 bps from Q4, but partly offset by higher aluminum costs, winter freight expenses, and Rockstar inventory rebalancing. Adjusted SG&A was 26.4% of revenue, down from 31.8% in Q4. Management expects Q2 gross margin to sidestep, then stair-step toward low-50% in Q3 and Q4. Long-term trajectory supported by vertical integration, orbit model, and price-pack architecture.
Key Risks
Risks flagged include sustained higher commodity costs (aluminum, freight, fuel, resin) which could delay margin recovery. Severe winter weather created incremental freight costs. Integration execution for Rockstar remains a focus. If elevated costs persist, the timing of reaching low-50% gross margin may be affected.

Financial Model
Projections are built from each company's audited annual financials (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) over the last 5 fiscal years. Forward assumptions — revenue growth %, EBITDA margin, D&A (USD millions), interest expense, tax rate, and capex — are AI-generated using historical context and refreshed twice a year: after the December results season and after the September/Q4 results season.

DCF Valuation
Fair Value = Σ(FCFt / (1+WACC)t) + Terminal Value. Terminal Value uses the Gordon Growth Model: FCF5 × (1+g) / (WACC−g). Default WACC: 10% (US risk-free ~4.5%, equity risk premium ~5.5%). Default terminal growth: 3% (long-run US nominal GDP proxy).

CAGR Tracker
Expected 5-year CAGR = (DCF Fair Value / Current Price)1/5 − 1. Assumes fair value is reached in exactly 5 years — a mechanical estimate only.
